Power Converters Design, Manufacture and Installation
We offer projects of high power electronic converters. Our designs cover: hard switching converters, resonant converters and high pulse power converters. We run small-series production of converters in our facilities. We also provide installation services and assure warranty and after-warranty maintenance. Moreover, we sell projects of power converters on the intellectual property basis for external production.

We offer design of special resonant converters. Such converters achieve low loss in direct to direct current conversion (DC/DC) and conversion of DC current to high frequency alternating current (DC/AC). We select the topology of such converters regarding to the particular application. We take into consideration necessary regulation range, operation mode (voltage or current source) and many other aspects - to achieve highest efficiency in demanded operation domain. Optimal switching conditions of power transistors inside the converter in every operating point result in very low losses of converted power. In each case, control algorithm is tailored to particular converter topology. High speed digital signal processing by means of FPGA technology allows us to use complex control algorithms in our resonant converters.


In the internal power supply circuits of our converters we also use resonant techniques. Such solutions achieve high efficiency, low electromagnetic noise emission and are small-sized.

We offer design of drivers for power semiconductors (IGBT, Power MOS, Thyristors) for any requirements on power, functionality and voltage levels. In the IGBT transistors drivers we use advanced techniques, i.e. desaturation protection circuits, active clamping circuits, bipolar gate drive voltage, active Miller clamps, and other. We build drivers for multilevel converters.
