Mission of Kompa sp. z o.o. is design of cutting edge electronic devices, especially to high power conversion, what increases effectiveness of energy resources utilization; informatization of industry sector and continuous intellectual development of our team. Both, in electronics and IT, we provide "green" solutions that save your money and protect our environment at once. We believe, that this is the direction the world should and will be going.

Our idea for the business is based on the proven business strategy - focus on core competences and outsource non-core ones. Therefore, we are engineering design office which's key domains are electronics, power electronics, electrical engineering and information technology.
